We are happy to be back at the club and preparing for the 2018 golf season!
One winter project that we are excited to share is the revamping of our draft system. We are running all new lines from our cooler to a new 8 tap draft tower at the bar. We will rotate different styles of craft beer offerings and possibly a draft sangria. We are currently creating this seasons wine list and plan on adding a few extra, higher end wines. Our goal is to have something for everyone for all occasions. The staff will be trained and will gladly offer pairing suggestions for each dish.
We will continue our popular Sunday brunch offerings accompanied by our extensive Bloody Mary bar. The Bloody Mary bar will have all the ingredients you could want, and then some. Please make sure to give it a try, it will not disappoint. The Sunday Brunch Menu and Bloody Mary bar will be served Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
We would also like to reiterate that dinner reservations are greatly appreciated. With a record high number of diners last season, reservations become even more helpful and important than ever. We would like to space out the seating’s to no more than four tables every 15 minutes. This will allow for a much smoother service and it gives servers the time necessary to ensure full attention to you and your dining guests. It also prevents kitchen back-ups and longer ticket times. Reservations are required for groups of over 8 diners. If possible, please contact us when you plan on dining.
We couldn’t be more excited about our returning staff and the new team members we have added. The staff is excited to be back to work and we look forward to seeing each of you in the dining room for delicious food and beverage. As always, we committed to do our very best at providing excellent hospitality.
