NEWS FROM THE GRILL

I can’t express how excited I am to be a new member of the Wuskowhan team. I feel like this is going to be a great fit for me.  I am looking forward to meeting my staff and preparing them for this season’s events and services.  I invite all of you to continuously share your thoughts and ideas with me as I grow in learning the needs of the membership.  I love to hear feedback regarding everything from the beer, wine, liquor and cocktail selections as well as how welcoming, hospitable, knowledgeable and attentive our staff is.  Feedback is very important and will help us raise the hospitality to another level.

I have added a few more craft beers to the selection this year and will consistently rotate new bottles and drafts in and out throughout the season to keep things fresh and new. Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions you may have about our beer selection.  I enjoy talking beer and I’m certain we will have something for everyone’s taste.

I love a perfectly paired glass of wine to complete my meal.  We have made a few alterations to our wine list I believe everyone will enjoy.  Again, we should have a little something for everyone and for all occasions. The staff will be trained and will gladly offer pairing suggestions for each dish.

I will also be implementing a featured craft cocktail (or two) each week.  We will use fresh fruit, herbs, juices and quality ingredients to create these delicious concoctions.  I have plenty in mind, but if any of you have a favorite recipe, please share and we will gladly use it.  We also plan on offering a fantastic Sunday Bloody Mary bar this season to go along with some Sunday brunch offerings.  The Bloody Mary bar will have all the ingredients you could want, and then some. Please make sure to give that a try, it will not disappoint.

I hope that you all look forward to not just the amazing golf facilities, but also the great food and beverage offerings in this amazing setting we have here at the club.  See you at the 19th hole!
